Very bad atm! Almost the lights not working and you work out under the dark like dancing in club at saturday night with some lights flashing!

A real throwback to the gyms of the 80's, and i mean that as a real compliment. Great equipment including very rare Nautilus machines that pretty much revolutionised the fitness industry. A great place indeed to train.

Great cost effective gym. Great equipment. Plenty of free weights and work spaces to use.Bad points.Lots of lights out.No hot water in bathroomNo change rooms/showersNo cold drinking water

Great equipment, it not a busy gym so you never have to wait to use gym equipment, open 24/7 if you have a pass. Gym has clean restrooms, no more cold water or drinking water so be sure to bring your own full water bottle.
