Most doctors are friendly and happy to help!However simply to get a copy of your blood results you need to pay the full fee and make a new appointment! (No review needed, just for a copy of the results)We moved to a different doctor ages ago. At the time the receptionist called and asked for payment details to transfer paperwork, apparently it wasn’t done then and now they want me to pay again!One GP looked at my child for slow weight gain delayed development and when I asked for a referral to paediatrician she instead wanted me to go to a developmental paediatrician and I insisted for a general paediatrician. She had a significant heart murmur which was missed by all these doctors and needed surgery in October last year! This is the reason why I stopped going to this practice in the first place.Inconsistent, inaccurate and unkind service in general!Please do something to improve your service!

Very unpleasant experience with receptionist KatieI believe that I have the right (as a patient) to check the appointment progress especially I am sick and have waited for about 40 minutes. However, Katie possibly does not think so. She thought I was “rude” by only asking questions with normal volume of speech. In fact, she was loud enough to be heard by everyone else in the waiting room.In addition, I have found out that other people also had bad experience with the receptionist in this practice before by reading their comment.

I had a pretty outstanding experience with the team there, however the partner they refer to were quite the opposite. My only advice would be that if you're going to get a referral from here then be prepared for a bit of a headache. If Greenway held greater standards around the partners they refer to then this would be a 5.

Visited medical centre for doctor appointment. Doc was good but receptionist who was learning or for training was bit rude. The way she talking to patients was bit unwelcoming. Totally understandable that she is on training but doesn’t have to be trained to give smile or talk to patients in polite way or choose polite words. Its my very kind feedback to her.

I had a very good experience at this medical centre before they changed their billing policy. I have tried making telephone appointments but I haven’t been able to get through to them to pay for it which means the doctor didn’t call me. This happened twice and the reception staff have been unhelpful in sorting this out. Will not be back although the doctors were good

Dr Wafa - 5 stars and is a lovely doctor so this isn’t regarding her.I booked for a 6 week old and 12 month old check ups and vaccines. Once there Dr Wafa did the check ups and was great however I was told by the receptionist the nurse isn’t booked for us and therefore can’t do vaccines or weigh in for either kids. My booking notes CLEARLY said we were there for vaccinations. No alternative option within a reasonable timeframe was offered. They can happily tell people to wait hours or book for another day without realising how bloody difficult it is getting such young children there. Will not be going there for vaccinations again. What a waste of my time not to mention running around with two young kids for no reason. Do better.

The waiting times are so messed up. You're appointment is at 1:20? no it's not it's at 1:55 and then it's a 10 minute appointment. So where's the holdup? Took me 10 minutes to check in with the receptionist. Completely unprofessional and a true WASTE of my time.

I have always had the best of experience visiting Greenway Medical Centre. From the well trained receptionist to the experienced and friendly doctors. My GP is especially professional. Apart from understanding his practice, he is patient and detailed. Myself and my family want to appreciate all of you in Greenway medical Centre for the way you manage our health, including the care you gave to us during our latest pregnancy from conception to birth. I recommend Greenway Medical Centre to everyone who desire good health care and professional attention.

$64 to get a bloody medical certificate which im still waiting on, and how can i have the flu when i tested positive to COVID here are the two tests and where are my medical certs
