The worst experience I have ever had. We had Inge as our management agent and found her very difficult to deal with. Was always hard to contact and even when we accommodated her request she was still rude. Glad to be not involved anymore.Wish I could put no stars.

They understand how to balance the wishes of a property owner, with the reality of living in a rental. Sam and Jim have in particular been exceptional, both in the course of routine inspections and when things have gone wrong. Highly recommended!

I chose EP based on a fellow landlords recommendation. I have been beyond please since then. I had no idea what to expect in becoming a tenant but Rhett and Kara made it more simple than I could ever imagine. EP were and are always easy to contact and available. Their fees are great given what they do to keep being a landlord easy. They were thoughtful in whom would be best suited to my unit. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Really down to earth and genuine people.
