Anthony is an expert in Clarinet. I went to buy clarinet accessories and a book. I asked a number of questions as I felt supported. He explained very well, clearly and nicely. He went beyond to support me such as how to manage clarinet well and what to do or what should avoid for clarinet. I learnt a lot about clarinet from him honestly. Very recommended! Thank you so much!

After-sales service is below all standards: Since mid-April (5 emails + phone), the keyboard I received is not brand new, it's been used and they lie to me saying it's brand new. Absolutely unreliable store

We just bought a TD17 KV Roland Drumset here and we loved it a lot!!! Customer Service was so great and they are there to help us and that's cool! There are lots of musical instruments here like acoustic and electronic drums, violins, electric and acoustic guitars, piano and keyboards and so much more!!!

Great selection at the shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stoked with my new guitar.Shop can get busy so abit of patience may be required but the service is worth the wait.Will be back in the near future for a new acoustic!

Bought my 2nd guitar from the underwood store. It was very busy today but got great customer service and advice.Will definatly be going back as the service is fantastic and so many instruments to try out and choose from. Great job guys.

Went in for the first time and bought some stuff.. the guitar I bought was missing a string, if this was my shop I would make sure that everything is in tip top shape before sending it home with the customer.. I give them 1 star because they had a lot of good stock but I will choose other stores before coming back to this one.

Looks like a fantastic shop but do not be in a hurry to be served. I have visited this shop twice in the past 2 days to make a purchase and have walked out. Today they were serving 2 customers but no one bothered to acknowledge me to say they would be with me when they were finished. Both times other staff were just chatting to each other. Very dissapointed as I was ready to purchase.
