I was able to organise a storage unit very quickly after our garage got completely flooded and had to be cleared for clean up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities and easy access in and out of the complex. The large trailer you can hire when needed is a great bonus and you get a complimentary day after you first register for a unit :)

I greatly appreciated the free use of the trailer when I was moving in to the storage unit. The centre was clean and tidy, and the staff were always helpful. Nice to get a refund for the weeks that I didn’t need when I moved out too!

Phil & Flex have been my great help to get my storage unit and payment etc. I also bought the boxes (both second hand and brand new) and storage bags from them. Good quality products and very reasonable price. The facilities are secured within my block and feel safe even I went to organise my stuff at night.

Easy to find the location which is just next to BP petrol station. Got into the driveway and parked my car in front of the reception door, then quickly got my parcel, didn’t even need 5 minutes. The staffs are nice and friendly.

Kennards Rydalmere were fantastic to deal with, great service and support. They provide flexible payment options where you get a pro-rata refund if you want to end your agreement before it expires. Plus they provide packing boxes that you can then return for a refund if you haven't used them, or get some money back for used boxes as well, which is a great result for both the customer and the environment.
