Tis now October 2022 and this month, nominally 3 years after installation GoSolar are still happy to provide personal support to us. We had a query about the Enphase Monitoring system because it stopped sending monitoring data to the internet. The problem turned out to be in our Telstra Modem NOT in any of the GoSolar installation items.The support provided by the GoSolar Family business continues 3 years after installation and enhances their Corporate Image. Their staff got us back online swiftly. Now that represents superior after sales support. A brilliant effort. This family business cannot be faulted.The following was written 2 years ago:-Go Solar installed a 16 panel solar system in January 2020 and their management and guidance was very Professional. The Install Lads were also very professional and very tidy and obliging throughout the installation. They could not be faulted. We installed the Enphase Monitoring and that has proved to be a valuable means of tracking and modifying our electric power usage. Now for the performance. The past 3 years have cost$1,922, $1,937 $1,749 for each full year electricity cost. This current 2020 year has cost a total of $225 with one account yet to arrive and expected to be about another $250. what a brilliant result !! The three accounts this year, 2020 have been $18:40, $232:37 and $25:04 CREDIT !! A stunning result provided by a very professional and Privately Owned Company. Great service from Mark and the team. The solar panels have been producing the goods for the past 8 years. A recent service (cleaning panels, replacing clips etc) and we are set. Highly recommend Go Solar Newcastle.

We had GoSolar install our first system about 9 years ago and that installation was carried out very timely and professionally.We recently had our system upgraded. The installers Kallan, Geoff and Mark were exceptional, fast and very neat.There maybe cheaper systems out there but the back up service and reliability is what I look for in a local companies.The Enphase reporting system is simple to use and very beneficial.

After looking around for a couple of months we decided to go with Gosolar Newcastle, for two main reasons: high quality products and customer service. They answered all my questions and also took the time to educate me to make an informed decision. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality, reliability and Customer service experience. 9.8kW 3 phase system installed in May 2020. Flexible and helpful with system design to get the best bang for buck and suggested enphase microinverters to deal with shade and increase safety. I haven't had a power bill yet.They provided the best product on the market for the best price, by a decent margin. Great workmanship (I'm an electrician myself). I'll be getting them back when the new IQ8 inverters hit the Australian market for an expansion.Can recommend.

I really appreciated the open and honest view from Mark. He went above and beyond to provide independent advice despite no financial gain.
