I just had my massage done today by a lady named Pet. Marvelous lady who constantly checked on how I felt during the whole session. I appreciate her being very polite and very caring. She even went extramile with efforts like putting perfect pressure and stretching etc., I never had a massage done for me in the past. It was a sensational experience! The place is clean and comfy too. The lady (Pet) is exceptional. I look forward to seeing her again.

Went to My Place Massage today- chose to get a $90 back and neck massage. Requested to use my health benefits, but they increased the $90 price to $110 when health benefits was requested which made the gap $93, so it didn’t make sense to use my health benefits. After taking off my shirt and jumper, l found the room was quite cold, then when the man started to massage his hands were ice cold. After about 15 minutes l was shivering and told the man his hands were cold and the room was also- he responded by telling me it was a cold day. I found this was very uncomfortable and certainly not worth proceeding any further. He said l needed to pay $35 so far. I have had many, many massages in my time, this was by far the worst massage l have ever had. Would not recommend this company, or even endorse their operating practice’s.

Skiped me to serves someone els first event though i was there first. sat me done for eventually 20 min neak shoulder with no Indication of wait time left me there for 30 min before some came to serve me massage was 0k but not wroth the wait

Massage was good BUT therapist was late and massage started 3:11 pm instead of 3pm but also finished 3:58! Cutting 13 min off and still asking for 100$ as if it was 1h, me saying that there is still time in my appointment they told me it’s 15$ extra, do not go there

Consistent quality of massage between therapists and constantly busy so appointments are a must. Sometimes the phones ring out because it is busy so keep trying and/or pop in physically to pop your name down in their diary. Manager Alice is amazing as a therapist and managing calls, walk ins and customer service. She is an asset to the business. This is my go to massage parlour and wouldn't try anywhere else local.

Not the best service. Talked loudly all through my massage. Came out with a headache. Don't claim private health insurance as you end up paying more than without it.

I've been to a lot of massage places since arriving here in Melby and My Place Massage & Foot Spa is by far the best I've been to. I'm a health care worker working in Aged Care thus I'm prone to body aches but ever since I tried this place, I've been booking my massage TWICE a month. Regardless of which branch, each masseuse really knows what they're doing and where to hit the sore spot when massaging and they always check if the pressure is fine with me. I like that they are not too talkative which makes me more relaxed and comfortable. I'm really grateful for each one of them because I no longer endure any shoulder or back pain. Ambiance is really good, relaxing but I like the Knox branch better because of the concrete partition, I feel more safe like that. Kudos to all the staff! Keep up the good work.

myPlace massage is the better reputed Asian massage place inside the Glen shopping mall since it has the highest reviews. I have tried different massage places at the Glen and I can confirm the massage therapists from MyPlace are the most skilled and experienced while they provide a decent service...but sometimes the systems and processes are a bit confusing...I received a phone call one hour before my appointment asking me where am I now? Not sure whether the person was trying to confirm my appointment or what? Also the person never asked for my name when I booked the appointment, so it felt like I am just a cashcow...

First time here and oh wow. I feel so much better. My neck, back, shoulders and arms were so tight but they worked their magic and it's good to move and not feel pain. So peaceful and respectful.
