Bob Gordon Reserve Playspace

Absolutely brilliant park, in fact I can’t think of a better one I’ve been to with my 2 & 4 yr old! Good amount of shade, fully fenced, lots of big and small play equipment for different ages (including little kids - the flying fox even has a seated option with a belt which little kids were using!). All themed for spaceships and aliens. So fun! Water play is well laid out and great too. Everything very clean including the toilets, which are inside the fencing. My kids scootered around too. Loved all the grass instead of sand under lots of the play equipment (coming from a mum who is sick of sand in my shoes!). Came this morning for the first time since it’s reopened and ended up staying 2 hours. Best kept secret, I was shocked how great it is! We will be regulars!

Great modern play space with plenty of shade, nice toilets and a great kids water play area. The spaceships are epic.

A new place for families with young kids to experiment different playground facilities with tree shades for parents to keep an eye on their kids.One of the main features is the futuristic spaceship with interactive communicating experiment for the kids to explore. A smaller version of Flying Fox is quite popular too!It's a very family oriented environment with BBQ facilities and public toilets.

Awesome new playground with shaded areas, picnic tables, BBQ facilities and toilets. My toddler enjoyed the water play area and the flying fox.

What a great playground! A lot of money has obviously been spent on it, which is so good to see. Lots of things for different ages of kids, from babies to older.Only reason it loses a star is the small number of parents who don’t supervise their kids at all, leave their stuff on the limited seating space and disappear. Not cool.Because the playground is so good it does get really crowded and parking is hard to find, best to get there early or later.Definitely worth a visit

Excellent playground with lots to do for all ages but mostly older kids though. There are bbq facilities and toilet which is really important.

Fantastic new playground. Large and well spread out so people aren't on top of each other. Shady spots to set up a picnic. Toilets. Bbqs. Fenced.

Get out of the house for this out of this world play experience. The spaceship is the highlight with all abilities access into it with interactive spaceship controls inside. It's fully fenced with plenty of picnic shelters, grassed areas to picnic, toilets and BBQs. Find more information in our review on our website.

There's 3 BBQ stations, well spaced out play equipment, bike racks surrounding the fenced area, clean toilets that can be accessed from within the playspace and from outside. Well lit at night so that it can be visited after sun down. Plenty of parking bays with allocations for seniors and ACROD. Still plenty of spacious grass area for soccer, cricket, running, etc.A well thought-out recreation space for families.
