Service Right

After finding a leak in the ceiling I contacted Service Right for the first time and they sent out an available plumber, as it was still raining he could not go onto the roof to repair the leak but he got into the ceiling space and marked the location of the leak, he then returned 2 days later after the rain had stopped to finish the repair, he was willing to work on a tight time frame as I am only free for a short time of the day, after explaining to me what he had done to repair the leak I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness, very easy to work with. I will highly recommend Service Right.

Both our toilets were blocked and the sink was gurgling.I called service right and asked several questions as I'd previously had bad experiences with plumbers and blocked drains.The drainer arrived asked about previous blockages and reports then proceeded to use the water jet to unblock the sewer.He cleared the blockage then recommended a camera be used to identify the source and location of the blockage .We agreed to this and he found that a broken section of pipe in the backyard was the problem.He quoted on-site to replace a section of pipe. This was accepted and the works were completed all in the same day.Thank you for your hard work and honest upfront approach . I'll will be using your services in the future

Technician came out on time as promised and was very professional, Was able to quickly identify the issue we had with our hot water system and repaired quickly. One of the best experiences ive had dealing with a tradesmen. Will definetely use again. Highly recommend.

We called as we didn’t have a hose tap in our backyard to service the garden and lawn.The plumber arrived at a pre arranged time ontime and was very professional.He quoted the works upfront and completed the works without any fuss.He even swept the pathway prior to leaving .Thanks for the service we will be recommending you to our friends.

Service right came out to investigate a gas leak I had. They used their specialist equipment to quickly work out where the problem was coming from and provided me with an upfront price to get it fixed. They did it on the spot, the tradesman was polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Service right came out at short notice to fix my burst pipe. They did not take advantage of my desperation, they were professional, honest and clear about what needed to be done. Highly recommended.

I came home one evening after work to a carpet soaking wet and the adjacent joining bedroom floor flooded, after hearing a running water sound from inside the wall I contacted Service Right and was told they would send the next available plumber, I was then instructed over the phone to shut off my main water valve to stop the flow of water. in about an hour from the call the plumber had arrived. he removed a section of gyprock form where he believed the leak had occurred and found a burst water pipe. after about 2 hours the job was done he had cleaned up and left. I was however concerned as it was an after a hours emergency it was going to be a costly, however after receiving the bill I believed it to be very fair as I was also a prioritised.

I’m a night shift worker. I arrived home early Tuesday morning to smell gas.i had used this company before to fix my blocked toilet.I called them in a panic.I was told not to worry and given instructions to turn the gas off at the meter.The plumber arrived in about an hour repaired the leak at the cooktop . Once again thank for looking after me .

Hired for blocked sewage drain. Plumber set up jet spray for less than 5 mins and packed up equipment saying unable to unblock, blaming the pipe structure problem. He kept packing up his equipments, looked like he is caring his new equipments more than interested to fix the plumbing issues. Repeat set-up, pack-up equipments for at least 3 times. Then, we have to tell him to continue to spray for longer in order to loosen up blocked dirts an unblock…only then the blockage was cleared. Disappointed and very dissatisfied with the service received.

Called on the day for a leaking toilet. Fast response, extremely professional and even cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use again and highly recommended .
