Buxton MTB park

An absolutely beautiful mtb park. Sweet trails and lots of berms. Finishing on Cathedral is well worth it.

This Mountain Bike Track appears to be gaining popularity and I am not surprised why.There are many options for for how far you can ride and the bush scenery can vary from open woodland to fern gullies to breath taking mountain top views.After you have ridden the track several times you'll realize how much thought has gone into the design of the slope, berms, jumps and little bridges where it crosses the clear water stream that never stops running, the track just seems to flow perfectly.There is one optional black run section that is right at the end that would be fine for anyone as long as they control their speed.At the car park at the bottom end of the track you'll conveniently find a shelter, a pit toilet, some picnic tables and room for about 40 or more cars. This would be one of the best tracks in Victoria.

Great park! Always leaves you grinning ear to ear. Great single track. Never really feels like you are climbing, (except for Cathedral climb) but then all of a sudden, you've got a sweet down hill section

What a superb place to ride and a great place to enjoy the bush. The tracks are well signposted and the facilities are ample. I enjoyed the mix manmade and natural features and especially loved Fern Gully and the Cathedral Track. Very memorable experience that will be bringing me back to ride here again.

Good enjoyable ride. Good for all skill levels. Climbs are tough like cathedral but the downhill is worth it :)

Beautiful trails, great walking tracks nearby the mtb park, tracks are well signed and has held up really well with all the rain!

Scenic, flowing, fun trails. We rode on the Queen's Birthday weekend, meaning a wet, somewhat muddy ride. Well-kept trails, which are probably due for a little bit of maintenance right about now. Easy access from the carpark, right next to a creek crossing. Great for early intermediate riders.

1.5 hours from Melbourne. Good sized parking lot. Toilet is a bit nasty and no paper. Yuk. Under Cover picnic area with some seats. Great. The park itself is not huge but a good size with a few tracks. The loop that goes around the park is a must do and a good intermediate level. A few features to play on but not a lot. We only had time and energy for the loop and would definitely be coming back to see some of the other tracks

Great MTB park, really enjoyed my ride through the forest.
