Terrible service!!My house was broken into so I searched for a locksmith online to come replace the front door locks. Saw this company and figured with all the good reviews I’ll use them.Called their number and was put through to the after hours number. Their technician asked me what I needed and I told him I needed the front door locks replaced, he asked what type of door locks and I had no clue what type of lock they were. So I said I’m not sure they’re just normal door locks and then he started carrying on about how there’s a million type of locks. I told him to hang on so I can find out to which he replied “nah I’m not taking the job find someone else”. After pulling the lock apart and finding what type of lock it was I called back and told him the type of lock which he replied “piss off I’m not coming out” and hung up again. I called back again and spoke my mind to your technician.Sorry I didn’t know what type of lock it was, it came with the house I bought. I don’t sit there and analyse the different types of front door locks. You charge a call out fee, how about you come out and look at it and find out what type of lock it was so you could replace it instead of giving me attitude and hanging the phone up twice.My family was in distress, our home was just broken into and out valuables along with my car was stolen while we were sleeping. There was no need for your attitude or behaviour adding onto our situation.Rubbish service and poor attitude from your technician.

Very quick, good value and professional service. The guys were able to fit a new front door lock into a tricky space and then cut new sets of keys on the spot within a few minutes. Def recommend

These guys are the best to deal with on many occasions they have help me out with changing my house locks or even just cutting my keys, very friendly fast with their work. Even the price is much cheaper than others....HIGHLY RECOMMED

Best place to find and cut various keys at inexpensive prices. There's also a variety of different locks and smart locks available. Definitely would recommend this place.

Can't thank Jess enough for her efficient and professional customer service. After a horrendous experience with another key service that took 72 hrs to resolve, Jess at A.Abbott Locksmiths resolved the issue in 3 minutes, sorting 8 keys to be cut. She explained the process, verified she had all keys and sorted it all within minutes. If you want honest service with excellent communication, I can't recommend A. Amazing service. They were able to transfer my Honda immobilser chip to a new case which a carwash had previously broken.

These people are great. They tell you what they can and can't do and arrive as agreed and do a great job. I highly recommend them.
