//Amendment on 5/2/2018On making contact they were very quick to resolve the issue, They sent out Matt one of the senior techs to come and resolve the issue. Matt was a great bloke and the system is fixed. Understandably a busy period for them in the scorching Victorian Summer.Had a 13k refrigerated DAIKAN system installed 18 months ago. We’re responsive during the install. The system failed last week and I logged a fault. Unfortunately they have not called me back for an entire week since I logged it to even give me a date to fix it so my wife and I have had to suffer in the harsh 38+ weather conditions.
