Ayr Traveller's Motel
The room was perfect !!! We were in a disabled room and it was roomy, the bathroom was fantastic with a shower chair. Reception staff were lovely. The only disappointment was my meal, I ordered beef cheek...when it came out it looked amazing, I was looking forward to it but it was so tough I literally could not chew it at all I had to put the piece into a paper napkin. The vegetables were nice. The lady that served us didn't ask how our meal was so I didn't say anything I thought maybe a full $45 beef cheek left behind may have given a hint.I would stay again for sure but maybe just eat at Macca's

Ayr Traveller's Motel
We enjoyed a delicious meal and dessert. What a superb combination of flavours in the Fish of the Day, pan seared Barra with creamy fennel and caper gnocchi, rocket and sundried tomato and olive salsa. Absolutely delicious. Thank you to the friendly and welcoming staff.

10/10 for staff and food! Rooms are large and comfortable and the attached restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Ayr.

Don't stay on the ground floor if you want to sleep, it was terrible! I thought there was an elephant upstairs can here every time someone walks in their room and floor creaksRooms are pretty good howeverNot the best location but out of town

Only a one night stop, but enjoyed the stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful as I wasn’t able to climb stairs. Our room was instantly changed to accommodate my injured knee. Very clean and comfortable. Meal was great too. A good choice.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms, very nice food and friendly staff. It surprised me the first time I walked in as I used to be a local and didn't know this gem was even here! Definitely recommend. I've stayed many times now.

Great place to stay. The room was above 5 star in my opinion. The service was outstanding. Lucy did my check in super efficiently and also covered my food/drink needs in the Restaurant. The inbuilt Restaurant was a bonus which meant I could have a couple of drinks & not have to worry about driving. The food was absolutely smashing and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service, added benefit of a smile! Very welcoming! Clean fresh, wished the restaurant had been opened. Will be back.
