Prices need to be lower to get more customers and they put the wrong shirts the bags

I needed new shoes for a very particular use. The young man was very insightful on the stock they had. Within 10 minutes I walked in, spoke to him, tried on a pair of shoes and purchased them. It was the perfect service as I didn't have to muck around figuring it out myself. Very happy with the shoes too, perfect for the job!

Bought a cheapest yoga mat because surley a 30 dollar yoga mat is gonna work better than a kmart one. Put it on the ground does absolutely nothing, disappointed with the product I spent 30 dollars on, I take it back to be rudely told I got what I payed for and no refunds. Brilliant customer service definitely didn't walk out thinking no way I'm ever going there again.

This is my response to your message.I’m sorry but this is just my honest rating based on my experience with sports warehouse. I understand that you might not have Muay Thai sticks in stock for immediate purchase (and that you might have to order them in). The problem for me was that there was no clear communication as to when the sticks would arrive at the store, or even if it was possible for them to be ordered in at all. I went into the shop early March but did not receive a phone call until the 22nd of March. I feel it would have been much better service if a staff member would have called me to let me know if they were able to get the Muay Thai sticks/when they would arrive in store. But I received no call early on and felt as though I had been forgotten about. I also felt that the person who served me was not friendly. I’m sorry but unfriendly staff members have an incredibly negative impact on any persons shopping experience. It really makes you feel like they don’t want to help you. You are probably not going to agree with everything I have to say but should try to see how might of across on my end as I am after all, a customer.

The staff were very busy just after Christmas.I was buying a boogie board for my eight year old nephew. I was totally out of my depth.The customer care was excellent.The smile on my nephew's face was priceless.A good store for all sporting needs.An added bonus is plenty of parking.

Bought faulty product in March ($1600 home gym) and they have made it impossible to return or get fixed. Once a product is bought from there store they shake there hands from you. Have been completely stoned walled. Now I’m paying off a piece of equipment I can’t even use. Very disappointed

Amazing customer service and a wide range of equipment. Been looking for a power cage for a while and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased the item at lunchtime and returned after work to pick it up and they had everything ready for me when I got there. This place is well worth a visit!

Always love coming here . Staff are very helpful in making sure that what you are after is what you want. Especially in joggers etc. Prices are good and quality is there as well. Parking is no problem with wheelchair lift for those that require it.

Bought two large exercise machines. One replaced immediately as it arrived broken, only to be replaced with another faulty piece. Refused to refund or replace. Still awaiting repair. The second pice arrived with a factory fault, replacement refused, still being repaired. Both pieces were not discounted and arrived unusable. Store manager was unhelpful and quite rude. Took no responsibility. Have continuously asked to speak with store manager. No word. At a loss to understand this type of service.
