Old Whirlpool oven wasn't heating and called Fix My Oven after googling. Gadi came the next day as promised and professionally fixed our oven in no time. He was very knowledgeable, provided excellent service and also made sure the oven was working correctly before leaving. Highly recommended.

Fixed my 15+ year old Blanco oven in minutes after the element failed. His direct approach may put some off but IMO it would definitely be your loss if you went with an alternative repair outfit. With his initial questioning over the phone we established that a repair was likely to be worth while rather than having to replace the oven. This is always a good sign when somebody doesn't want to take your money for the sake of it. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to review other important facets of the oven like the working temperature and lubricating the hinges. He also provided me with use/maintenance advice to increase the longevity of the unit. This is regarding a service repair for my Smeg oven which Gadi assisted a week prior to this review.Gadi was was very responsive, helpful, efficient and transparent with addressing the issues and costs associated with fixing my oven.My oven is over 10+ years old with a broken element and thermostat.Before the visit Gadi called to diagnose the problem and re-confirm that a service repair was required (as it's typical for old ovens to have problems with temperature control).I appreciate the time he took to understand the issue in advance which allowed for an efficient and effective service visit the next day. He was able to come the next day with the right replacement parts and fixed the problem within a reasonable amount of time.I have used my oven immediately to bake after the repair and several times since then. I'm happy to say that I've experienced great results, with even heating and my internal oven thermometer consistently matches the temperature set on the oven controls!

Repairs have only just been completed so I can’t yet speak of the quality of the parts or the repair but I have no reason to believe either are poor quality. What I can say is that Gadi was knowledgeable, timely, and practical (was able to find a work around for a rare part).
