4 weeks ago a Salesman came out to my property for a site inspection and discussion went through installation (some product knowledge). I was told I would receive a formalized quote in a couple of days. A week later I received a call from Salesman to let me know I haven't forgotten about you and still working quote and design". Appears he has (forgotten) Never received quote and no further contact so wouldn't waste your time not a good start."

After much research and deliberation we decided to go with Specialized Solar Solutions. Anthony Igmen was so helpful and patient with us. We really felt comfortable and understood the process and the product we were buying. Nothing but professional from start to finish. It was quite a lengthy process given what our power company had to do from their end and there was about a 10 week wait to get our Victorian Government rebate. I was informed there was a back log of applicants. Everything worked out and now we can help the environment and save $$$$$. I would recommend calling after lodging your application for the State Government rebate to make sure they have everything they need.Our solar panels are working perfectly as we monitor their performance regularly on the app. We are sincerely happy with our decision to go ahead with this company and look forward to all the money we will be saving.We highly recommend Specialized Solar Solutions.

Hi all.I’ve recently had a solar installation from specialized solar solutions and the experience was excellent. Great customer service and communication. Delivered a quality product at a great price. Highly recommended.

The sales consultant called 30 mins after the agreed time, then mumbled on the phone the entire call. The consultant laziliy asked me questions as if I were an expert, like what rebates I was entitled to, something which I would expect you to explain to me. Then argued with me about the trees in the front of my property and spoke to me arrogantly as if I were a complete fool. Clearly this company is not interested in doing business with you. If this is how they treat me when they are “enticing” me into a contract, imagine how bad they would be once the contract is signed.

I’d like to give a huge thanks to my rep Anthony and all the ladies in the office for the amazing customer service I received when I had solar installed late last year. I couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend.

I had Solar installed last year,My Representative was Murray who Came out for a site visit he was very informative & answered all my questions & concerns.The Solar installers were very considerate as i run a home business & they cleaned up after themselves.The Girls in the office although i haven't met are very easy to deal with and made the paperwork process very easy and relaxed they call with updates and provide all relevant documents to my electricity company so i wasn't stressed & wasn't left in the dark!Big Thanks to the Specialized Solar Solutions Office and Installer Team for making the above happenHave had BIG SAVINGS since installing in NovemberTHUMBS UP :)
