John did an excellent job at finding & resolving a strange fault on my company vehicle. I also trust them with my personal vehicle that’s still under warranty. With both vehicles I was happy with the competent work and thorough examination of my vehicles. Thanks John & Team

Absolute disgusting. They don’t have staff and that old guy John forget to put bookings in the system. Rubbish customer service. Never recommend this business for car service.

John and the team is a rare gem in the rough. They genuinely care, and it shows. Very knowledgeable, reliable, honest and down to earth people. People's people unlike most of the big dealerships you won't be simply another wallet.

I booked service for my both cars on Wednesday and Thursday. I filled the form and gave it to John . On Wednesday morning when I came John informed me that he forget to put it in the system and he can’t do it. I especially had day off for service . This is not first time he did it . I canceled my other car service and find the professional car mechanic in Joondalup. I don’t recommend this business which does not have staff, no professionalism and yes it’s absolute rubbish.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They did dodgy work on our car, caused it to break down after we spent 6k+. No apology. No compensation. No nothing. Eventually the whole engine died completely and had to be replaced. We can't prove this was thanks to their dodgy repair, but they can't prove it wasnt... Bad customer service from the beginning and the whole ordeal has now cost us over 25k. As a young family, with two toddlers, our savings is now all gone... it will take us years to financially recover. We have both had to take on more work and not be home with our kids whilst they're little, and can now only afford a tiny Mazda as our family car.It's unbelievable how they treat their customers. Especially after admitting to doing dodgy work, to the point where the car has to be towed back to them because it completely fails. To offer nothing in the way of compensation to customers when you behave like this is absolutely apalling.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE.Took our car in for a service. They failed to replace nuts on the tyre. The whole tyre fell off and damaged the back of the vehicle needing repair. REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE leaving me out of pocket. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!

I never thought it was possible to find a mechanic who cared about you and your car, and was always honest and did what was needed. John has proven me wrong. He is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I will never take my car to anyone else now. Thank you John for restoring my faith in the industry. You are a true rare gem!

Got my Car Air Conditioning fixed here. Went from stale hot air to ice cool after leaving the car with them. Would personally recommend.

I went here for a flat tire and the service I received was above and beyond. Highly recommend this service centre. Very helpful and friendly.
