Was there to pick up a parcel and had technical difficulties (not 7/11's fault). The attendant was super nice and patient. The store is very clean and well organised, felt quite welcome there. Left with some yummy donuts 5/5 would go again

The lady got offensive for asking coffee at 1 o clock tonight and refused to give one saying the machine is cleaning even though I can clearly saw that there are two coffee machines with one working.Lack of professionalism !!!!

The girl with a face piercings is the biggest cow I don’t know why she works with customers when she should be ashamed of how she speaks to people. She’ll tell you to face the barcodes towards her because she’s mad about getting such little pay for her job as if that’s your problem. I can see why this store has so many bad/ low reviews & I personally live just down the road but will not be returning neither will any of my family in the area

Got a $1 coffee & a muesli bar, & was told together it's $3.50. When I said it should be $3, I was then asked did I have an app. I said no, but was told again there is no discount of 50 cents. Every 7-Eleven store charges me only $3. I ended up paying him the $3.50 because of the queue, but I won't be back. He doesn't know the prices & he won't listen.
