They did not do my hair right, I asked for platinum blonde to a section and it was pretty much the same colour brown as it was before I came, it only lighten it a little bit, and I also had a bit of platinum blonde which they seem to get rid of. I had to dye my hair to get rid of the bad job.

I had a really good experience. Caitlin was informative and took the time to make sure I understood what she was doing to my hair and why. She was easy to chat to and the head massage was next level! Most importantly I LOVE my hair. I had quite the transformation from long hair to short, and from horrible regrowth and old blonde to something amazing and exactly what I asked for. I’ll be back :)

Chez is an absolute lifesaver! I had a terrible experience with another hairdresser who left me with an awful 90s style tiger striped red mess, Chez not only squeezed me in last minute but did an amazing job fixing the colour disaster I had. Ashleen was lovely! It was my first experience and she did a clear consult with an accurate quote. Throughout the session, she was very friendly, making me feel comfortable & wanting to come back.I was worried going from brown to blonde, but my hair is healthier than ever & looks beautiful!! The end result was amazing! better than both she and I were expecting, and I can’t wait to come back!

Ashleen did a really good job. Was there for full head foils regrowth and cut and she had done an amazing work. I’ve never had such thin wonderful foils before, she did and made exactly that what she said in the previous consulting.
