Their policy against Australia Consumer Law, one bottle of infant drop, purchased less then 24 hours, unopened with receipt, no refund.

Very dissapointed in the pharmacists that work here. I found them to be rude and miserable and lacked customer service skills. The front of house staff on the other hand are lovley and were very helpful.

Love this place. The staff are wonderful. I recently had a minor medical issue and spoke to a lady in the pharmacy section, then the pharmacist herself. They went above and beyond to help, were patient and spent time assessing the issue and explaining what I needed. Can’t rate them highly enough. Every time I’ve been here they’re all just so nice and happy to help.Besides the staff, the store (like all Chem Warehouses I guess) is also awesome; great range, great prices, sometimes free samples…. can’t fault anything. Thanks :)
