Not willing to go the extra mile to help out. Also does not have much confidence in his equipment or in his own ability. Admittedly, not the easiest pick up, but get over it. Told me to never call him again.

Still disillusioned by the rudeness and unprofessional behaviour of this guy. Refused to place the bin in a reasonable position on firm ground - the exact position that our neighbours had utilised before with another company. Without any discussion, he got back in his truck and left without speaking to us because it was clearly not where he wanted to leave the bin. As he drove back up our driveway, we were left standing there wondering whether he was simply repositioning his truck...no, he just left. No discussion, no explanation.Absolutely no reason to treat a customer this way.
