Helen has changed my life. Not only she brought me peace, calmness, love and light through her Reiki practice but she's also gave me the tools to keep this energy up on my own. The experience also goes beyond the session itself with follow ups by email and texts. She is truly a gift. It is really difficult to translate the experience into words. I highly recommend anyone to see Helen.

I can’t recommend Helen enough! First time I experienced Helen’s Reiki healing was back in 2018 when I wasn’t really sure what to expect but gave it a try. I went back to see Helen in 2019 and ended up falling asleep during the session, which in itself tells you a lot about her healing abilities. I can never relax when I’m getting a massage or facial so to actually fall asleep and let go is great! Helen has helped heal two people very close to me through Reiki, that were going through some heavy patches in their life, for which I’m forever thankful! One of them was in person at her warm and calming home studio and the other was in Singapore through distance Reiki. For me, she’s helped release my stiff shoulders and literally for a year after it was so light.She has an incredibly natural talent for all things wellness and spiritual. I’ve also experienced her yin/vinyasa flow session with a group from work. Whether it’s yoga, meditation, Reiki, or distance Reiki, I highly recommend Helen and will forever be name dropping her to friends and family whenever they want guidance and help.
