My property has been managed by Woodards Blackburn for three years. Our agent Sharliese is friendly, professional and helpful.I would have no worries about property leasing aspects at all.Thank you Sharliese.

I am the property owner who travels a lot. Ever since I put my 3 properties in the hands of manager Amy from Blackburn Woodards I know what is free of mind. She looks after everything carefully according to rules and regulations and informs me wherever I am even overseas. Sometimes minor details I don’t always know and she is always reminded me at first chances she has no matter week day or weekend. This is in my opinion every property owner would like to have as a manager.

Pooja is an excellent property manager and is extremely helpful to us and our tenants. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, and always returns emails and phone calls.Thank you, Pooja for your help with our tenants recent heating issue. Angela & Peter.
