I don't know what is going on with this business now. I have used them several times before for all company uniforms and they were great. But in an order 6 weeks ago, was told it would be ready in 2 weeks and they would call. Called them back after a month asking if they were ready? They said they would call me back. Never got a call back so called a week later, same thing they said they were going to check and call me back, they never did. I have left 2 messages, never heard back. Now have to go elsewhere. I don't know if business has changed hands or they have new staff but I struggle to understand how the service has gone down hill Soo much.

We use Paragon regularly to print bulk orders of t-shirts and hoodies. Great service, always on time, excellent quality. The print and the garments lasts years!! We use ramo and as colour brand and the sizing is great too, really accurate! Thanks Hayley & team!

They ruined my wife's $200 riding vest with an oversized logo, which was crooked. Due to the poor placement the logo also ended up over the tailoring seam so that lettering can not be seen when wearing the vest. When contacted about the poor job done & that the logo was too large, Virginia was originally going to replace the vest & re do it properly but then changed her story overnight to It's not our fault
