Great staff, however a little annoyed by the fact there is one staff member on front end, not his fault. When the one staff member is helping another customer, a 15min wait to pay for a helmet is ridiculous. They've lost business as others have come in, looked around waited then left.

Upgraded from a beginner bike. Absolutely amazing service. Tony was great and very helpful and didn't try and sell me the most expensive bike. Customer service from all employees was great. Will highly recommend and will be back again.

Extremely helpful and always welcoming. I've come back and forth from this store for years. The manager Tim takes the time out often to breakdown and explain bicycle mechanics and the different components to me, no matter how trivial the question. The shop mechanics are friendly and super efficient.Best bicycle store in Ipswich.

Was looking for a bike with my 12yo. I was looking around and was ask if we needed any help by Tony. He went through a heap of questions with my boy on where he rides, what does he want the bike to do, etc. He showed us a beautiful blue Pedal Pursuit. It was within my budget and my boy loved it. Tony then measured him and moved the seat made sure everything was perfect before given my son a test ride. There was no high pressure sales. Tony was brilliant. Definitely recommend Tony and 99 Bikes Ipswich.
