Helped 3 different drivers change headlights while I was there.

Very Helpful and friendly staff. Seemed like a happy bunch of people.

Usually great. But today topped it off, after buying and installing a new led headlight, the led bulb broke inside my cars lights, causing me to have to return it. I repackaged it neatly and handed it to the lady. Her name was Elizabeth. She then told me it's my fault they broke, and she couldn't refund it. After awkwardly standing there, she called another inexperienced staff member who agreed it was my fault.Finally an experienced young man came and explained it is not my fault, and they replaced it.As a customer, staff should not make you feel dumb or be rude to you, no matter the circumstances.Disgusted

These guys never cease to amaze me, they have always been more than helpful. Can not thank them enough for the help they have given me.

Nice clean and well laid out store. Heaps of stock and plenty of specials. Lovely helpful staff. Easy to get to n good close parking.

Service was really helpful, however, all through out the store were advertisements saying we fit this, we fit this, I've had assistance a long time ago and from memory it was free. Today it was $10, it could of cost me $25, had I of Known I would of done it myself, I just went for assistance because I was under the impression it was free and I had an operation yesterday, but no one disclosed this whatsoever, not until I asked at payment why the prices seemed excessive.I couldn't see any fine print on any of the we fit this" signs. Normally this place and Supercheap in general has been my preferred automotive store

Brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and happy and helpful staff. I would make the assumption that they loved working there. Very happy with my service.

This store was much less busier than the other ones that I've been to.I had a list of items that I wanted. It didn't bother me whether the products were premium brand names or not I asked a staff member for assistance to locate the best value items available.The staff member led me quickly and efficiently around the store to locate the items. I was in and out within twenty minutes. I would not have expected service like that at a busier store.The advice on products was given freely and I felt that my custom was appreciated.Parking is easy at this store whereas the other local stores have limitations on parking.I will definitely be choosing the Cambridge Park store in future.
