Honestly disgusted by the service a close friend has recently had here. As we know, mechanics are notoriously known for taking advantage of women and 'dumbing it down' for us but what my friend went through was aggressively condescending. Steven and Chris specifically should be disgusted and ashamed of the way that they have treated another human being in their handling of this issue. Incredibly poor way to run a business, neither myself or anyone I know will EVER use this company again.

Very poor service and dealings when purchasing new car. Constantly had to follow up how things were going, was assured I'd receive a $500 gift card with purchase only to find out later they rescinded on it to achieve the sale. Would've thought that be an incentive for a sale. Wouldn't recommend and won't go back

Service department very unhelpful. My car is under warranty but I didn't purchase new, they treat you second class, very arrogant. Their price on services and repair works is at least 20% more expensive than Bendigo. Cannot provide answers regarding vehicle software issues, instead fob you off to the 13FORD phone number.Use your local mechanic, or a different dealer. Totally turned me off buying Ford.

My Ford Ranger developed a knocking sound underneath while travelling and I randomly called in . Chris from the service department immediately went to work and found the problem very quickly which turned out not to be a mechanical fault . Thank you Morley Ford

Huge thank you to Ian McLaren! Love my Hyundai Sante Fe! Ian was honest, helpful and accommodating. Great dealings with him. We did shop around and quickly discovered a few dodgy ppl out there but we decided to purchased through Ian because of his honest and helpful approach plus it's a great car. We've never purchased a car online but with restrictions we had no choice. Ian delivered exactly what we wanted. My partner and I will definitely pop in to say hello once restrictions lift. Thank you again.

Pulled into Morley Ford on the way to a holiday destination with no notice and a leaking fuel filter. We were promptly attended to with great service from the manager and mechanic. Extremely happy with both of these blokes! Welcoming and good at their job! We really appreciate it guys!

Having troubles on the road we initially were met with a “nah cant help you” but after speaking to our ford dealer then getting back echuca ford were fantastic in getting us back up to speed with what to do next. Thanks for fitting us in so quick at a time when so many places are understaffed
