I've run a gardening business for fifteen years and have dealt with these guys all of that time, for good reason. Their product knowledge is second to none and customer service is brilliant. Just what you need when you can't afford downtime. 10/10.

Had a problem with a Stihl ms180 chainsaw, Took it here to discuss. Very unhelpful. Arogant sarcastic responce. Seems that the shop assistant was out to intentionally destroy the business! Made it all out to be my fault, yet I had spoke to his father about the chainsaw problem a few months earlier and he suggested changing the bar and chain to the next size up but this guy wouldnt have it. It was all my fault! I've thought through some of the points that were thrown at me and here is my responce: Point 1, Was told to increase adjustment of bar oil flow"
