The struggle to order sweetener, instead of sugar, on the order unit, is ridiculous. I gave up and ordered in person.

We visited Seymour for a quick break & early lunch Monday of labour day long weekend, on our way to Wangaratta. I ordered an egg & bacon muffin, a cheeseburger, a flat white & a skinny latte. When our number was called and I sat down at a table I discovered it only contained the muffin for my & no cheeseburger.The food and coffees were enjoyable however I had not checked the receipt after ordering or I would've noticed the staff member had not added the cheeseburger to my order. This meant I had to return to inform one of the team that I hadn't received the cheeseburger I had ordered with the muffin & coffees. This meant It had to be ordered & paid for and I had to wait again. By the time I returned to the table my husband had finished his egg & bacon muffin alone & I had to eat my cheeseburger alone. It was a busy time however staff need to listen more attentively when taking customer orders. Had we taken away our order we could have been several klms up the Hume Fwy before noticing only one of us had a meal. Thankfully we decided to dine instore.

some cool people working there, but one of the worst mcdonald's lol, will miss major items every few times you go, never gives napkins/sauce, and will leave you waiting in the waiting bay for 40 minutes for 2 items they ended up forgetting about 30 minutes in and had to ask what we were even waiting for. it's kinda insane

I placed an order online, I selected the in store table service and I selected a number and placed it on my table in plain view.The store were calling out a different number, which was not on my order/receipt. Meal was cold, and staff were annoyed with me.Muffin was a disgrace.

A typical MacDonald's however situated between two narrow parallel roads. The food was one of the best-tasting takeouts I've had from a MacDonald's in years which surprised me. The service was just like any other MacDonald's but I feel that the staff were nicer. It is a very busy place around the times that people look to eat.

my quarter pounder patty was raw, like proper raw. pink and mushy. the services was fast tho and they made me a new one. just a tad scared to consume a burger from there again

Went through the drive through and it was a traffic jam. No movement for ten minutes which is a little worse than I expected especially since it was later in the evening

It's a McDonald's. Dropped in for a coffee and a break whilst travelling.Spotless inside, toilets were clean and everything worked and was stocked.Coffee was to their usual standard.

Good maccas, abundant parking, and drive thru are also available.There are some slides for kids, too.Toilets were relatively cleanService was quick and decent seating availablity.Side car parks available too.

Good location, average coffee, terrible Mac flurry’s, don’t even bother ordering one here, this is the third time in a row my daughter ends up with half of one, we normally share but in this instance, not even possible.
