Met with a young man called Keenan. Simply an all round perfect gentleman. Not only was he knowledgeable about what I wanted to get done, he took his time to make sure I understood everything he said and guided me to make sure I had the best outcome on my project. That was like getting an expensive consultation for free and he did it with the most cheerful spirit. Would be back if only to make sure he is doing fine.

Stopped in today to pick up a couple of items for a project car build along with getting some paint mixed. They have the capability of loading tins and spray cans. We were after a particular BMW paint code which was not directly in the computer system. The staff worked various options until we achieved the correct colour.I have also added 14 photos along with this review showing the store and various items they are selling.

No staff on the floor, had one guy talking about speakers with some customer for upwards of 20 minutes as I waited to be helped until I just gave up and left.

Amazing store. Always stocked with essential products. What really makes this store impressive is the customer service and attentiveness. The staff there are wonderful. They have good knowledge in auto products and are happy to help you. Most of the staff and younger and enjoy working there with their other colleagues. That is good to see that in the workplace, yet they still remain professional at all times. The vibe there is really good, doesn't feel like you're talking to robots but real actual people!

Don't online shop for collection from this store. The bloke there on Sunday is very rude. Shut down the store few minutes before close hours even on seeing me having parked across the entrance and walking to the store. No courtsey to see the clock before locking the doors. Was just a online purchase collection. No systems required nothing to be scanned nor paid. Called him in the store at 3.59 and said stores closed. hung up. Called him again that it's still not 4pm. He muttered something and hung up again. Bad experience.

Been coming to Supercheap Chatswood for a few months now huge store and plenty of stocks. Great stuff members and very professional service. Big thanks to Yao for mixing Paint for my BMW, and walking me through every step I need to fix it. very professional and knowledgeable in paint. Definitely recommend this store.

Adam from the Chatswood store is the best representation of making it super, he went above and beyond when the computer wasn't able to specify what battery my 1978 Ford Mustang needed, he used his knowlegde to cross reference and verify an alternative and low and behold the battery he chose was perfect and it's working like a dream. Adam I thank you for your amazing effort towards customer service and you do your store great justice.
