A big thank you for doing such a fantastic job and being so accommodating. I had called other glass companies they would not even come out and look at the job all saying I needed a crane, don’t do that size glass, you need to do 2 windows etc… Your team come out measured twice, quoted (free) talked to my builder and worked out how the job could be done, easily without a crane and 1 payne of glass. Really appreciate the service and product you provided. Highly recommend

We has 2 Crimsafe screen doors installed on our factory unit.Highly recommend Datco for workmanship, installation and all done in a great time frame, as we were in a hurry for these doors.

They are a rip off!! Quoted me $3300 for a push out window with gas struts and then said it was an additional $700 for stainless steel gas struts! I ended up going with a window mob in Burleigh for $2300 with stainless steel struts. The window is amazing.

Nicole and her team were really helpful. We were struggling to get quotes from others. I phoned at 3 and Nicole had a quote to me by 5. Rang next morning with a couple of questions she answered thoroughly and we put in our order. Arrived smoothly and safely with their driver. Very happy, highly recommend.

The heavy duty windows are of very high standard. They reduce outside noise and make it easier to heat and cool a house. The Datco installers were great and very respectful of the property. The security mesh is also of a very high standard. Very good communication.

I took a mirror to have heavy mirror glass replaced with light mirror glass. I paid upfront. I called to ask how it was going, was informed that the frame was cracked (after I left it at reception), staff suggesting I did it. I asked for them to repair it. 2 weeks later it's returned, repaired but with new heavy glass. For $40 I have a cracked frame and not what I asked for. Worse, it was a gift. Very disappointed!

The Datco staff were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful- particularly when we had some hiccups with our build unrelated to them, they went above and beyond to make everything work. They have amazing workmanship, and were very prompt. It’s a shame I can’t give them more than 5 stars, because I would- highly recommend!
