Came last Thursday to get a facial (without booking) and it got super busy so I ended up making an appointment for today. I really enjoyed the deep cleaning facial I got from Vartika.The facial felt great, she did not rush, it was mostly silent, which I love, and she put some very relaxing music. My face feels super clean and moisturized. The nose does hurt a little bit when being clean but nothing to bad. The price was great too.I tried getting money for gratuity but the ATM swallowed my card so I now have an excuse to go again!Thanks!

The lady who did my eyebrows was very rude, didn’t greet me, she was like a robot. She scared me, not a smile on her face. Please teach your staff to be more courteous and make customers feel comfortable

Worst experience. I went for eyebrow and shop was empty with no customers. It look like she doesn’t want any work and she hardly does my eyebrows. Worst customer service and no friendly and ready to help. She looked like phone is more important for her instead doing service. I wouldn’t recommend this salon ever

Two of us had an eyelash tint and lift, which felt like it was left on longer than it should have been and started burning. The staff member was kind enough to put some gel on our eyelids, but there was some serious irritation and peeling (never experienced elsewhere)... Unfortunately, not somewhere I would return to (at least not for this particular service).

I usually get eyebrows thread or waxing done from here. I walked in for a haircut and blow dry today. What a delightful experience! Priyanka did a fantastic job, haven't been this happy with a haircut/styling in a while. Too bad Priyanka gets rostered randomly, would love to get blow dry by her every few weeks.

Went for my eyebrow threading for the first time on a Thursday evening. Never experienced such a bad service.The lady who did my threading was just rushing and with no patience did my threading and if I did not stop her she would have ended up hurting my skin. She was threading as if she was going to rip my skin off. She did not even ask me to pull my skin underneath my eyebrows which would make threading less painful and easier. Ladies who were waiting after me left after seeing how she was threading my eyebrows. Very bad experience. Would never step in this salon again.
