Nobody likes it when their best mates not well.Dr Alistair was great with our British Bulldogs emergency booking & we are doing follow up care & some ongoing stuff till we sort her out.So impressed we changed her Dr & changed clinics over to them now.The team at the clinic, from start to finish, couldn't fault them. Incredibly nice. Especially thru these Covid restrictions & regulations.Emergency Vets/Drs surprise visits are never great emotionally or sadly financially, but it is a vital thing, especially when needing meds, but their pricing was excellent and fair.

I have just read an article that reports that vets are becoming stresses largely due to abusive & aggressive clients - this is disgraceful. The Westernport group vets are the most caring and dedicated group around. Our dogs love them all & we would be lost without their care & support. Keep up the amazing job you all do - you are the best.

Wonderful Vet service.Dr Danvy is amazing, absolutely lovely and took great care of my Blue-Heeler Lucky.The Vet Nurses are all very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all my surgery/post care questions and all gave me lots of reassurance when I had anxiety about Lucky’s surgery.I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much.I highly recommend this Vet clinic and all it’s staff.

We recently had to have our beloved dog Aslan put to sleep and Dr Alistair and the staff at Somerville were so kind and respectful to us in making this decision and then comforting us all through the sad process of saying goodbye to our pet ! We then received a lovely sympathy card in the mail from the Somerville clinic ! Amazing service! Thank you from the Grant family

The Vets and staff are the most compassionate and caring people. I would highly recommend this practice. They are very good in making sure you understand everything that they are telling you. Today when we had to say goodbye to our 13yo dog they were incredibly supportive.

Very helpful staff. Who gave my dog medication and I struggled to get my dog to let me put ear drops in. For 20 days in a row i would pull up and a nurse would come out to me and give my dog the cross. Not 1 extra charge. Very thankful and best vet around. Brett Cottle

Brought my dog in to have dental surgery. From the beginning the staff were really helpful, compassionate, and reassuring - in the end he had 6 teeth removed, bloodwork, claws trimmed, anaesthetic and pain killers for post treatment; and I was surprised by how cheap this all was. Even more important is that my dog is recovering wonderfully. Will definitely bring my boy back for future appointments knowing I can breathe easy. No Need to worry, your pets are in good hands here
