Definitely not executive.- Ranch slider door rollers need replacing- Shower from the 70’s- Hallway smells like refuse- Neighbours yelling and stomping- Couch was comfortable

Tired and old. Not executive, not luxury and not good enough. There's plenty of other places in Canberra to book that are newer, fresher, and priced the same.Walked into our apartment and walked straight back out again.

The accommodation is not at the address advertised. The photos shown on the website are not always (if ever) of the accommodation provided.Even though there is a lift to the level with the front door, this door does not open onto any living area. As soon as you enter the front door, you have to climb a steep narrow staircase to the bedroom and then climb another staircase to the living area. The accommodation is 100% *not* suitable for anyone with the slightest mobility issue.There is no heating or cooling in the bedroom whatsoever. There is a window, but it only opens a few centimetres. The road noise guarantees you won't sleep in past 6am. The bedroom has one queen sized bed with an electric blanket and two bedside tables with lamps. There is nothing in the bedroom to make it more amenable, such as a TV, chairs, or even something to sit your luggage on.The living area is clean and spacious, though somewhat spartan. There are two 2 seater lounges, two coffee tables and a dining table with 6 chairs. There's a 42 flat screen TV

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was hugh, full kitchen, big lounge dinner and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit tired but clean, plently of secure parking underneath. In particular we found the location excellent. Two streets over from Lonsdale st and a big shopping centre. We are both 70 and found no difficulty getting everywhere on foot. Also want to comment on Emma her went great pains to send us an adaptor we left there which wouldhave cost us $80 to replace. Would definately stay again.

Personal thank you to the support at this location. I organised a trip via work before I went overseas but to my oversight, I saw a confirmation email... But within that PDF it actually wasn't confirmed.But to the team that helped me on a Sunday, juggled me around and put me in a great apartment overlooking Northbourne, I was thrilled to have a great place and appreciated the support all round that made it seamless for me when there was next to nothing left in Canberra during a busy time. At no time did they put doubt or worry in my head even though the place should've been booked out.Appreciate it a lot! Would highly recommend. Thanks for not forcing me to sleep in Glebe Park!

The apartment booked by perfect. The stay has been long for some 110 nights in one go. No complaints.The best thing was support of reservation mangers who were so supportive.Thank you Emma and Wendy & complete team.

Large one bed apartment in great location walking distance to everything. Would give 5 stars but didn't have ensuite. Bathroom & toilet were one end of apartment bedroom other end. Had everything including decent complimentary instant coffee.

After booking what was advertised as ‘executive’ ‘luxury’ and ‘modern’ we were seriously disappointed to find the apartment was a dive. Toilet not working properly, balcony door extremely difficult to open, and heat pump missing the opening flap cover and filthy. The place was grubby, tired, old and the advertising misleading. The opposite of executive and luxury and certainly not modern. However, the lovely people in the office were very understanding and happy to refund when no other apartment was available. We were able to find alternative accommodation at only $20 more per night. A vast improvement.

Citystyle executive apartments was close to everything. Had kitchen which helps when trying to save money. Also washing machine and dryer which was good. There was a problem with washing machine and toilet lid but we reported and it was fixed. Would agree with a few other reviews the room looked a little tired.

Pros: Location and pricing was okCons: Place was dusty/unclean (bedroom and couch).Carpark need keys to exit so you need to move your car then run up to leave the keys in the room upon check out.Central location but next to the main road and opposite a 24hour Mcdonalds.Place was aged, building front door was partially shattered, intercom system didnt work and not aware of any facilities in the building.
