Was looking at clothes and trying them on. Didnt get any help as staff was too busy talking to each other. It wasnt until i was ready to pay for my item they talked to me and said they could only accept cash as there was an update. Would have been better to be informed while i was browsing or when i walked in instead of wasting my time as being at an airport time is everything.

This is a lovely Seed Heritage store in the T3 area of Sydney Airport Domestic Terminal. It's a well set out and smaller store that sells childrens clothing, shoes and accessories. Seed Heritage is one of my favorite smart casual labels - they make classical, modern, casual and stylish clothing, shoes and accessories for all ages and sizes and also for most occasions. I have shopped in here many times whilst waiting for a flight, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great service but limited knowledge, evidently company staff training is not sufficient.Small variety of products as it’s an airport store but $60 for a toddlers “life jacket” that is advertised on product not to save lives or has the Australia approval standards is an absolute rip off. There are other stores selling approved life jacket for a 1/4 of the price. Consumers talk why retail businesses are closing, I hope this one does close.
