Appalling customer service. Waited 13 days and still no delivery or communication of the status of my order. No one answered the companys phoneline or called me back. When I finally spoke to the sale" representative he gave a string of excuses why my order had "slipped through" the system. Instead of adequately dealing with the issue he just said he was refunding my order and he "didn't want to deal with me" and hung up!! Shocking behaviour!"

Great service. It was personally delivered to me within 4 days because AusPost would have taken a lot longer. I can’t wait to start my worm farm. Maze Worm Farms are a better design allows better aeration & bigger holes in the working trays for the worms to migrate.

Three days after placing an order with Eco R Us, I enquired about when it would likely be shipped.At that point I was told it would be another 6 days before it arrived and it would be sent to me after that.I paid for Express Shipping, so pretty disappointed to find out they don’t actually have stock of the item I ordered.EDIT TO ADDRESS RESPONSE:Thank you for your reply. I completely understand the implications of Covid and am sorry for any impact impact on your business.Other stores had the item noted as not in stock"
