I purchased 2 new mattresses from Kath from OMF Tuggerah just before Christmas. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the quality of both mattresses. I would definitely recommend seeing Kath if you are in need of replacing your mattress.

From the moment we entered the store we received excellent service from Kath. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and found us the exact mattress that suited our requirements. We visited the store many times before making a decision and each time Kath was there to lend a helping hand. Delivery was on time and the boys were also very courteous and took our old mattress outside for us which was appreciated.We have now been sleeping on our Mandalay Bay Support mattress for 3 weeks and so far we are extremely happy with it. I have been to the OMF Tuggerah store quite a few times in the past, and on each occasion the lovely staff Sam, Karen and Kath have made me feel like I was part of the family. Their knowledge of all OMF products is outstanding. I am a very happy customer, and have no hesitation recommending OMF Tuggerah to any of my family and friends. I bought a mattress from the wonderful Karen for my son. As a growing teenager he was finding his bed very uncomfortable. Karen was very patient with him, listened to his needs and matched him with a fantastic mattress. He no longer has headaches and absolutely loves his bed! Typical teenager, he doesn’t want to get out of it these days!!
