Thanks for the kind help on my projects!Project 1:We found this clapped-out bench on the footpath in the council collection. 5 recycled timbers later and it's as solid as a rock.The machining of the pieces, that this place offers (need to book it), brings them up to presentable condition in a few minutes.Now just need to paint the metal, oil the wood a bit, mix a g n t, and sit on it.Project 2:Dog carrier - another simple job using some long pieces from Wastewood and a piece of plywood we had. A couple of quick cuts screwed together for speed- no proper joins; voila one happy dog.

Great selection of timber and the best place to start a DIY project - I did a little outdoor deck for my backyard from recycled hardwood.The guys were incredibly helpful, know their stuff very well and are even funny too! Highly recommended!

I love the business concept of repurposing timber instead of it going to landfill. We are a first time customer and our overall experience in finding the right timber, and organising necessary machining was excellent. Joe was so helpful in making the whole process easy. Very highly recommend.

Wanted to build a deck, this place is awesome. An amazing selection of beautiful old timber, different species, lengths etc, and cut to measure on-site. Shout out to Joe and the team for friendly, professional, excellent service. Slip them a few extra $ and they might even deliver!

Joe was so helpful, absolutely wonderful chap! He got me started with everything I needed for a small DIY job worthy of my noob credentials. And my UK bedframe is now 6” longer than it used to be (thanks international mattress sizes)The place has a good vibe, all kinds of people trying their hand at all kinds of projects!Highly recommend!

The customer service from Joe totally exceeded my expectations - from FaceTiming my son to help him with his HSC major work specs, choosing the timber and then machining it to size - all done with reassurance and a great sense of humour.
