MEDICAL ON MARY

I have been coming to Medical on mary for about 12 months now and I am happy with the service this practise delivers. Thank you for your service.

My experience with the practice, hase been great, very fiendly. I have found my doctor very proactive.

This is a very caring medical practise, I have been going to Dr Percy for many years and I will be staying with him for as long as I can, even though I now live in Morayfield.

I can’t fault this practice. The doctors, health professionals and reception staff are all kind, welcoming and helpful. Dr Narvaez is our regular doctor and he is wonderful. Thorough, empathetic and knowledgeable. Prior to finding this surgery I had a long string of subpar GP’s who were not helpful, condescending or completely dismissive of your concerns. It’s been a huge relief to have found a GP that I can trust to oversee the care of my family and I.

Wonderful Doctors, always fitted me in when I had a problem. Drs Andal and Cabatuando always took time to listen to me and advise me. The reception staff are the best, caring, efficient and happy, you cannot ask for more. Would not hesitate to recommend this surgery. I am moving away from Gympie and will miss their caring manner. Our 18 month old grandson attended for an injury to his hand. He was distressed and was seen to immediately by caring staff and doctor. Thank you for such a timely team response.

This clinic is the only clinic in gympie which can make an appointment in a day call without waiting for the next couple weeks. I had around 20 mins consultation and needle procedure with Dr Cabatuando. I forgot to ask medical certificate so I came back to receptionist to ask about it. They sent it by email after I left. The receptionist on that day was respectful and friendly. I took my son to see Dr Danny as well. Dr Danny is friendly and warmth with children (my son). It’s not common to see a friendly doctors for children in Gympie (small rural country town).

I was “treated “by Dr Frances Andal for well over a year . She continued to prescribe me with medication prescribed by my psychiatrist including Lithium.I was advised to check my testosterone levels and the were a touch over getting them on the PBSDue to a very concerning condition I found myself in hospital after pins and needles in my hands and feet, a numb tongue and confusion leading to panic attacks. The hospital informed me I had Hyperthyroidism due to the lithium I was taking and which doctor Andal prescribed me. She then repeatedly contacted me to tell me she wanted a “ non urgent appointment “. Considering what I had been through I found this extremely distressing and heartless on her behalf.I was then sent a letter accusing me of “doctor “ shopping “, being a “drug dependent patient “ my partner who doctor shops ( strange considering I haven’t had a partner for 7 years), and attempting to obtain drugs by false pretences again strange as she was the only one to prescribe me anything.Ofcourse I was furious as to the “non urgent “ correspondence but her absolute indifference to my plight has now made legal precedings for slander a must.I am sure Medical on Mary will try to paint me a the villain but I have all the paperwork and proof from the Redcliffe hospital my psychiatrist and all that helped me at the Gympie Hospital, who it must be said leave my previous help in the dust.I am sorry it turned out this way but there is no way I will be accused of such disgusting things.
