I purchased all my Hay furniture and accessories from Hay and they were great all arrived when promised. Great to deal with, it was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Appalling and bad customer service. Non existent to be honest. This is the second time we’ve visited the store and experienced poor service. Staff too busy looking busy or sitting behind the counters to assist customers or to even say hello. I actually heard a customer say hello to the guy who works there and he didn’t even reply. He did hear her, because she was in front of him. The products, designs and layout of the store is wonderful. Certainly won’t be visiting again. Your staff should be wearing masks too.

Look, there are beautiful things in this store but the prices are kind of insane. You'll see similar hipster bait promoted in Instagram ads for a lot cheaper.

Service staff at shop not customer friendly and with poor attitude. Ordered a couch and a few other things. Appreciate the lead time took 3 months during pandemic but when it was ready for delivery, quick to chase for outstanding amounts which we paid immediately but slow to arrange for delivery (took two weeks back forth before delivery date was locked in). Also, exorbitant delivery fees were initially proposed.Didn't meet first delivery date due to the excuse of pandemic lockdown in northern beaches (lockdown restrictions only restricted residents from leaving and not people entering to provide services - relocation / moving services included were allowed). Sales staff didn't even have the courtesy to call us to let us know personally. Instead they left it to the delivery guy to inform us the day before scheduled delivery. By that stage, we have already discarded our old couch. We had to subsequently escalate this to get a guaranteed delivery. Having said that, guys @ Five Star Removals were legends. If not for the fact that we liked Hay design, would have gone elsewhere.

Calming atmosphere from a busy Crown Street, and smells good too. Staff genuinely kind and helpful, appreciated theirtime and attentiveness during my visit. Both were really approachable and made the experience a breeze

My table was delivered today! Slight delay, expected due to pandemic. Always kept in the loop by store manager Julia and her team. Absolutely love my Copenhauge table. Delivery and assembly service was fantastic. Really appreciate the communication from the team in Sydney. Thanks a lot guys.

Good product and nice people. There is no returns allowed even same day which is not customer friendly.

Extremely bad service, Honestly the worst customer service I have received in a long time, staff seem like space cadets. I ordered a lamp that was for pre-order, two months later and they email to ask if I liked my purchase, which I had not even received yet, so they send it out, then when I get the lamp they send me the wrong colour, by then I had waited 3 months and when I emailed them after trying to call through, they didn't even respond over a week, so called them and eventually got through, the girl said she would send me an email for the free return, waited 5 days before I received the email postage sticker to send it back which could have been sent as soon as our phone call ended, unfortunately they were extremely disorganised. Rarely do I write a bad review, though I could not believe how bad they were.

Everything is simply amazing, I am addicted to HAY now. Cant stopping myself returning to buy more things.
