We recently used Grace Removals for the third time and did not bother to get other quotes this time round. The Wodonga team was brilliant and our recent interstate move was smooth and efficient … and at a price that we were very happy with. We can’t speak highly enough of each of the staff that worked with us …. they were all friendly, careful and professional. Highly recommend this team and their company.

The Packers were amazing! Very quick and efficient. Everyone was very approachable and polite. The heavy lovers were also wonderful! They made a stressful move less stressful - they even assisted with unpacking. I would definitely recommend Grace removals.From the beginning, Grace were amazing. I received a call back and a quote (done within the home) within a few days. I received contact throughout the process - even a courtesy call the next day of to ensure I was happy with the service I was provided.

I’m sorry but the worst logistics experience I have ever had. Ordered a package over 3 weeks ago. Was shipped to Sydney and left off the truck to Wodonga twice is the reason I’m getting. Is already 2 weeks late and continues to get pushed back. No care from the Sydney team when speaking to them or accountability. Paul in Wodonga doing a great job with communication but he has no control on when he receives my package. I work in Logistics and if i provide this level of service to my customers we wouldn’t have any work.

Very PleasedI was extremely happy with Grace Removals and I didn't have any issues whatsoever...I was very happy firstly with Jamie Lee for her quoting service, the payment processing, the receipt, the fact they arrived and actually delivered my stuff.Kelly also helped me try getting closer time range of removal time.Also very happy with Mick and Helen who moved my things into my apartment were fantastic.They were very efficient and reliable.And I also received and signed all paperwork at the end which I can provide to my new place of work for receipt for relocation costs. I also thanked them and told them so.My previous problem was with the original company who were supposed to move my stuff from Potts Point to South Melbourne, lied about having border crossing permits, dumped my stuff in the storage unit at Lavington and then double charged me from additional quote price for their time despite it being their fault because they hadn't complied.I had to then utilise Grace Removals to then get my things from storage unit in Lavington and get it to South Melbourne.Grace Removals unlike the previous Company did the job they promised and fulfilled there promise to get my stuff there without any hassles what so ever.Hindsight is a wonderful thing...if I had of remembered Grace Removals to begin with I just would have used your company for the whole job from Potts Point to South Melbourne.Because then l wouldn't have had this issue to begin with.So to clarify I was extremely satisfied and happy with Grace Removals Wodonga and Melbourne's contribution.From Kristina

A Grace removalist was supposed to do an evaluation and give us a quote for moving my elderly father's belongings in Wodonga at 4 pm today. No one turned up , no communication and no apologies. When I rang the phone number, it went to Newcastle. Don't bother using Grace Removalists!

We were deceived into selling 3/4 of a container load of our property under the pretence that we would be charged according to our volume.We were promised that Grace would requote us before the lift if we sold a substantial amount of our property and then repurchased at the other end. They changed that to no we wont come out and requote" as promised to
