Nice store, staff are quite helpful. Only downside experienced is that quite often we need to wait a substantial amount of time for service particularly. One piece of feedback for the team, we purchased the IXL Neo exhaust fan with lights, when installing this needs to be fixed to noise cancelling mat or from roof, this should be told to customers when they purchase.

Had a great day at this place when I bought a globe for cash, $10.25.The staff where great on that day and helpful but unfortunately due to the wrong type of globe I returned it the next day for a refund. The manager at this store said she could not refund me cash at the time because she had not made a transaction. She then advised me to come back later when she had made a cash transaction so they could refund me then.You are kidding me, we are not yet at a cashless society yet and yes her attitude was quit confronting.I think you will have trouble getting refunds from this store at any time.Would recommend staying away from this store.

Service is good but we bought 2 high price end Waldorf lights and over 70% of the chandelier crystals had to be replaced. Spent almost $2000 and we are still waiting 3 weeks later for replacement parts. The crystals were packed already chipped(no glass in the wrappers) and poorly coated, extremely poor quality product sourced by Beacon.

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful. They only had one item of the product we wanted but they organized the second from another store. Very happy customers.
