I connected with company in August 2022 to install 6.6kw systems on our 2 properties. Paid a deposit and signed a document. The 1st property had 15 and not 16panels as requested and quoted for installed on 22nd Dec 2022. Today still not connected to the grid.30 Jan 2023. 2nd property still no installation. Company is operated from India which makes it very difficult to contact even though they use a 1300 no. 5months is way too long to take to deliver on your part. Maybe a trip to NSW Dept of Fair Trading may expedite these outstanding issues. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING for a company to operate like this!

Lisa was patient and understanding as I was comparing quotes, they were knowledgeable and helped me understand the difference between the different brands and models. Once I signed up the installation was a very straight forward and smooth process without issues.

Great price, Great installation team. Took a few weeks longer to install but that’s expected in the lead up to summer. Good follow up calls from Raymond and nick checking in to see how it’s progressing and what they can do to help. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I got support from Andrew for the mobile phone setup after the new solar panel installation at my home and he was extremely helpful and patient during our call and he guided me each and every step during the phone call and successfully connected the app with the inverter at the end. Positive impression from prompt installation. Team was excellent.I contacted Synergy and they promised to connect me to the grid in next 5 days. Result I will be able to see in next bill.Office of Solar Junction keeps me updated on all next their and my steps. I can recommend this company to customers.After inatallation Andrew contact me and we connected Solis WI-FI to my telephone. Now I can monitor capacity of my panels in real time. I see company want to become No1 in the solar market Again thanks to Andrew and Solar Junction staff.
