This is a terrible clinic, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, as there are so many fantastic clinics around. They are only interested in is taking your money and not client welfare. I would not be surprised to see them named on A Current Affair in the future. They took a deposit from me at the time of consultation, (which they insist on), without advising me at the time of my consultation that I was unable to have this particular procedure performed due to a medical condition, yet still 4 weeks later, they are fobbing me off and not giving me a refund. They have now decided, that rather than refund me, I can actually have the treatment performed, despite me having a contraindication. I prefer not to be a casualty of a botched treatment at shopping centre clinic, so have declined. I have been in constant contact with the store, they tell me there is nothing they can do, yet they refuse to give me any head office phone numbers or contact details. This clinic is dodgy and dangerous, give them a wide berth.

I have not been here so long since my last unpleasant experience with Lipocel. I was quite happy with staff at my fist experience although no visual effect so, I gave it another try cus I did not expect effect with one session. The same therapist but, she was so hurry and roughly handle me throughout treatment and I felt she was rude to my questions regarding treatment. There was no towel round face hole so I had bed mark all day after treatment. I can definitely compare previous session how they treat me. There was no even dry towel or tissue to remove permanent marker dots on my arms and legs, I had to half dressed up and went front lady for wipes. Which was not happen before. Clinic is not only remembered by customer with effect also, staff’s way to treat customer takes a big part to go back. I supposed to ask HIFU for next visit but, I did not go back since then.

I was walking past one day and noticed there was a body sculpting clinic at pacific fair and I have always been insecure about my bumps on my thighs… as soon as I walked in the lady on the front was super welcoming & designed me up an awesome package with even 2x body scans to help me achieve my goals!I have never done something like this so I was super nervous, but each time I have gone in the ladies have been very kind, passionate and made me feel super comfortable!Janine was my recent therapist and she is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does!

I have done LIPOcel with lovely Chanel.I can see the significant difference after 3 sessions.She is so lovely and patient.

I brought 4 treatments at Skulpt and they definitely worked and most of the staff were great. The reason for the low score was due to my last visit which was a follow up consultation which showed photos to see the results. I had a staff member I have never used before and she showed me the results. I had put on a small amount of KG as I couldn’t go to the gym for a few months due to a knee injury. The staff member acted liked I had put on 20kgs and kept saying “why aren’t you eating healthier and working out? You have put on weight what was the point of you coming in”. I felt so fat shamed and I was shocked and I didn’t know what to say. She proceeded to give me the free treatment which we both were silent till she walked me what I was doing for dinner. I said I wasn’t sure yet. She asked if I like salad. I said yes and she said well maybe you should eat a few more. At that stage I just wanted to get out of there and sit in my car and cry. this is a place I went to for help on small stubborn areas of fat. I am very from a size 10 to 12 so I am not overweight but that staff member made me feel like horrible about myself and made me regret going there and recommended friend to go there also.

Skulpt Clinic Pacific Fair gave me answer to my skin and belly issues. It build my confidence in myself. My favourite is RF laser treatment. Very satisfied with the services and the place is so clean and relaxing. I’m always looking forward to my next visit.

Purchased treatments online for $649. When I called the clinic to book in they told me they had to shut down and would refund me. It has been over 4 months and I haven’t received my money back. They keep telling me that they will refund me but it never happens. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers.

Amazing results in just a couple of months. Skin tightening, cavitation and lipocel undertaken, with great results from all treatments. Highly recommended with a special mention to the incredible Janine who was outstanding in service and knowledge.

I've had quite a few procedures done over the years, and am very glad I decided to get my skin tightening / lifting RF laser treatments here at Skulpt. The staff and technicians are all so lovely, they're always on time, and they really know what they're doing! My RF sessions are so relaxing and even though I've only had 2 so far, I'm already noticing my jawline and cheeks look a bit firmer and more lifted. The clinic itself is also really clean, with excellent covid safe policies and right in the middle of Pacific Fair. I've got my next RF session on Thursday and am looking forward to it!
