We had South Cape Pest complete a pre-purchase termite inspection. The report highlighted some historical damage from termites but no active issues. A subsequent inspection from a more diligent company found extensive live termites through multiple areas which required a significant amount of remedial work at significant cost. I would never use this company based on our experience. I made attempts to discuss the issues with them but was told it was an inexperienced staff member but no further follow-up was given. I was also sent a bill from a debt collector 10 months later with no contact from the company in the interim. I paid the bill but would recommend you use anyone but this company!
