Upper Reach Winery

I love Upper Reach, delighted you can do a tasting and a yum cheese board! I feel so at home and relaxed here it’s special along with Indi for company. The restaurant is beautiful too just plan ahead to get a table as it’s so popular and delicious

We had a lovely birthday lunch for my mother in law. The restaurant looks out on to the vineyard which is a beautiful view. Lunch was good quality and value. Service was solid. The wine was much better than I was expecting! So good we bought a case and joined the wine club. Looking forward to receiving some more.

It was so lovely being back at Upper Reach for a delicious weekend lunch and wine tasting. Beautiful setting and owner Laura is delightful as were the restaurant staff. Our case of white is being enjoyed way too rapidly. Big fans of their Verdelho. Their new pizza bar will be perfect to come to with the family before a walk at Bells Rapids nearby. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed a fantastic Wine Appreciation class with a very warm and engaging winemaker. She made everyone feel welcome and included, while sharing her extensive knowledge. Loved the wine, especially the very special Shiraz (my new favourite). Thank you Lauren for a fun day. The indulgent lunch in the restaurant overlooking the vines is a lovely way to complete the experience. We will be back.

We are members of the Upper Reach winery, and appreciate the wonderful service and friendliness of the staff. Plus they’re great wines! This week we did a tour of the winery, both the outside vines and the inside operation of creating a beautiful wines that they sell. It was fascinating and a wonderful tour guide. And then we had a lovely two course meal at the restaurant there. A good choice of dishes on the menu and strongly recommend going there. They recently added an outside area where they do pizzas on Saturday and Sunday, so going there to buy someone can become quite an event which I strongly recommend

Went to the restaurant for lunch and got myself the Pork Cutlet. It tasted good. About 40 dollars, which I suppose is standard Swan Valley Price.The got a Grenache Shiraz and that tasted good

What a beautiful way to spend my birthday. My gorgeous daughters and wonderful friends, in such a gorgeous setting. The service could not be faulted. So friendly and easy. The pizzas were amazing!! So light and fresh! And the setting itself was just perfect! A prefect way to soend a beautiful afternoon! Good friends, good food and delicious bubbles!

What a great find, a restaurant that looks outside the box and doesn't serve the usual boring dishes you see everyday on most other menus.This chef knows how to please.Each dish was sensational and we could fault nothing. The wine we had was also great.A very family friendly relaxing establishment. Well done to all we will certainly be back.

Love this winery. I first came here for brunch with my daughter in law a few years ago and I continue to come. I love the wines and the family atmosphere.Upper Reach is also a place for quiet reflection. Grab a glass of one of their gorgeous wines and go down to the deck and watch the river. Guaranteed to make you feel lighter when you leave!
