This BP toilet 6 monts out of oder plz anyone can tell when is gone open sham on BP

Something as simple as not having an Air outlet for the last 2 years is basic stuff for a BP. The staff are good but seem to be let down in areas by the owner.Edit: 6 days after this review there was a new Air outlet installed. Review has gone from a 1 star to 4.

Around 3:30 am No one on the desk , i was waiting 10-15 min for fuel, press the bell still no one respond it. Very irresponsible staff.

First time using automated car wash, $15 for a clean, wax and dry, good price. There is the option of buffing for an extra $3, which I opted out.The machine was easy to use, sounds a bit scary inside the car during the wash. For the price I’ve paid, I don’t expect a sparkling clear results, and as expected, the car is cleaner than before, but definitely not clean.There are still quite a lot of dirty marks left on my car, but I think I’ve got what I’ve paid for.Probably great for a quick wash if your car isn’t super dirty.

Staff are always super friendly and I go out of my way to use their car wash (when it's working haha) because it's the best one to get tough $h!t off your car, quite literally.

Worse customer service have no idea about safety rules operating without safety sigins display and faulty nuzzle which is not able to cut supply automatically when tank is full. I found him very rude towards me he cut the fuel and wasted my time . He came out and said me that I cannot lock the nuzzle due to safety reason which i said where does it says he said me over the safety signs i asked him to show me where it says and when he started looking for this particular rule there wasn’t anything written on the safety sign regarding locking nuzzle. Then he said me it’s written on the other machine same he went there and there wasn’t written anything regarding this issue . Then he said me the rule is inside when i went inside i asked him to show me the safety sign that you were claming of he failed to show me . Such a disappointment

I am noticing from almost a month.. their toilets are always out of order..Bp does provide the toilet service all servo.

Staff rude! Great location!Toilets always locked. They feel proud about it!

More than 2 weeks before 5am the coffee machine is not working.the same guy was at the bp and same answer.
