Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff great price with complementary car wash thrown in what’s not to love. Highly recommend.

I took my wife's MG into Rex Gorell for its 40k service plus engine management light coming on and was very disappointed. Was told initially that could be a problem with spark plugs after several phone calls to the service department. Was told by service agent that vehicle needed new rotars and drums after 42k. Was going to be given my vehicle back when work was not completed. If it was my wife picking up the car, she would have just paid the approx $1000 for the service and new drums and new rotars. After shall we say discussions, the rotars and drums were machined and spark plugs were replaced. The service manager was supportive of this nightmare. Need to replace that service technician with someone who thinks about the client a bit more and provide further training for service centre staff. Very disappointed.

Great job servicing my MG. Have so far been there twice. Super helpful and nothing is too much trouble and they also washed my car and tidied up the interior.

I booked my first service online a few weeks ago and put my preferred contact method as SMS as I work nights. I showed up at 7:30am after only a couple hours sleep for the receptionist to tell me that online booking system doesn’t actually display correct available times for servicing. She told me she emailed me saying that we’d need to rebook (while in the same sentence saying she knows it mostly goes to junk email). So we booked the service for a few weeks after. I was really unhappy with this first visit.I was actually pretty impressed with everything I got with the service when I finally got it. They washed the car and vacuumed the floors which I didn’t expect. They also offered me a ride home and a ride back once the service was complete.Overall pretty happy, I just wish my first visit went a little more smoothly. Just don’t use the website to book a service - just call them.

Great service, lots of feedback on wear and tear of vehicle components. What will need doing in the future services. Always great service and car left clean and tidy as it is when it goes in. Helpful and friendly staff always willing to bend over backwards to help and offer a lift to wherever you need to go

I purchased my Citroen Picasso new from Rex Gorell in 2016. The service, advice and follow up have been second to none. John, the service manager is extremely helpful and accomodating. That’s why I have purchased 3 new cars from them since 2008. Highly recommended.

Very professional service from all involved. Courier lady who dropped me into the city after dropping the car off was lovely. Service manager was excellent when picking the vehicle up after service explaining what was done during the service and tips on how to rectify a couple of issues with the vehicle.

Was ready when they said it would be ready. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Listened to the issues I was having and didn't hesitate to look further into it for me. Extremely impressed. Only feedback would be to put the address of the service center on the text message, it was my first time going and I sat at the other peugeot for 30mins before someone redirected me.

Service was great. Staff every friendly. Cleaned my car. Great experience. Only problem i had is it takes quite a few weeks to get the car in. Probably because MG is getting very popular. Ver happy customer
