Concrete Casters
This company did not announce their arrival or commencement of the job. Did not explain the details of what they would be doing. I was told that anything in their way (after I offered to move it in the previous days) would be moved and put back in its original place. This did not happen and not a lot of regard for my possessions. I arrived home on the final day to find work unfinished and no communication as to what would be happening next.I am grateful for the job being done but disappointed in the customer service

This company was just so good to do business with. they were very professional. They were on time. They did a great job, They were polite. They were priced right. Absolutely fantastic operation. So happy to have found them when no one else could even return a phone call. Thanks very much Ross and your team.
