Great service. Squeezed us in the Christmas Eve Eve when everyone was booked out & I had an upset 13 yr old who only asked to do this after all her concerts were finished. The ladies were amazing. They treated her like a paying lady not a child and she had a photo of artwork nails and matte with tips and she got exactly what she asked for. True customer service. Def returning here.

I've had to edit my previous review to remove one star. Unfortunately my sns is already chipping and lifting after only a week and a half. It was bad enough being overcharged, but I'd at least expect my nails to last more than this.I have to start by saying that the staff member who did my nails was very lovely, courteous and paid attention to do a nice job on my sns nails. I appreciated that she took care to do them well. My nails look very nice. My issue is around payment. I was charged $70 (which is a lot to pay for simple sns application anyway), although the pricelist states $60. I did enquire why I'm being charged $70 and was told it was because I'm a new customer and it costs more than if I was having existing nails removed and new nails put on.That doesn't make any sense. I had no tips,no manicure, no artwork. Just simple sns on my natural nails. Although my nails look lovely and the service was great, I really hate random, arbitrary pricing, and if $70 is in fact correct for what I had done, then it's way too expensive to return and do it again.

I have been a regular customer here, and because i went in 1 hour before closing, my nails were rushed and, as a result, have a nail fungus growing and an infection. I have to now deal with the pain, the blood tests and doctors appointments, and also buying expensive medications to treat i. I can't believe this. The picture attached is after 1 week of treatment it was so bad.

Did my manicures and pedicures several times here. Friendly staff, great service, generally I like the interior environment here. Though one or two times had to wait for 10-15 minutes during busy hours even with a booking in advance which was understood as the staff were still making their best to serve all the customers

I went to get my nails done with my mum and sister, after my mum’s high recommendation of the place. Every staff we encountered were friendly and professional except for the lady who did my nails. Whilst waiting for my sister I was looking at my nails and the shellac was not filled till the cuticle (it looked like 1-2 weeks of growth). I normally am not one to say anything however knowing this will look bad after a week I asked the lady who was doing my sister’s nails if there was anything that can be done to fill the gap. Then the lady who did my nails came around and said to wait 10 mins as she was with another client. I said I understand and I can wait. When she comes around I felt like her approach was very aggressive whilst buffing out the 2 nails I asked her to fix and when she finished she sighed so heavily as if I was the biggest inconvenience. At that moment I felt horrible and wanted to leave the store immediately. There were other nails that had the same problem but I didn’t want to say anything.When we went to pay my mum saw me visibly upset but since I couldn’t stay in the store I left. My mum spoke to the girl at the front who was very understanding about the situation and asked the employee who did my nails to come to talk. The employee refused to understand or even listen to my mum and repeated the fact that she fixed my nails and doesn’t see the problem. The problem is that you don’t show your frustration towards customers it’s a simple rule with customer facing roles!She also made the excuse that they were to spend 45 mins per customer. Every nail salon I go to I pay for the service not the amount of time they spend on my nails. To make matters worse, during the conversation she walked away from my mum and asked someone else to deal with the situation.It’s honestly such a shame that all the other employees were so friendly and accommodating they just happen to have one that ruins it. The others even apologised for something that wasn’t even their fault and offered for me to come and get my nails fixed. But I’m never stepping foot in that place again all because of this one employee.

Excellent experience, i'm time poor and these services are a massive treat.So when i walked in i was expecting the usual that you get everywhere but WOW from communication, technique and genuine interest in his job Jamie made me feel pampered and cared for.All staff just to mention were very pleasant.Being in the service industry i would definitely say he is a huge asset to the business.Thank you for such a great experience i appreciate it.

I'm going to give this a 5 even though they rushed with my nail which I didn't like, it still wasn't the worst. The 5 rating is for the phenomenal pedicure I received. Do yourself a favour and get yourself down to this place if you want the best pedi you've ever had. The massage is just insane. Also, they are reasonably priced and the staff are polite. I'd definitely come back.

Lovely clean salon. I have had a few mani and pedis here, very happy with the result and the normal polish lasted a long time. Price is very good for the experience and result. My favourite salon in Sydney, I will be back.

I have been having my nails done at Grand Nails at Rhodes for many years. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly and the Salon is elegantly decorated and stylish. I cannot recommend them highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
